St Clair College Student Housing

The St. Clair Student Housing project, known as GEM Residence, is a five-storey, 512-bed modular residence located on the Windsor campus of St. Clair College. Assembled in just 45 days, the building was constructed using 295 steel-frame modules manufactured off-site and craned into place with exceptional precision. The design includes shared lounges on each floor and a spacious, light-filled dining hall at ground level, supporting a vibrant and connected student community. Spanning 108,000 square feet, the residence stands as one of the largest modular student housing projects in Ontario and exemplifies how modular construction can deliver high-quality, large-scale accommodation with remarkable speed and efficiency.
