Architect & Partner in Charge

David is an Ontario Architect and founder of Skyhook Modular. He graduated from the University of Waterloo. At LGA, he oversaw the design of the 2 schools of Architecture. Skyhook Design was formed to develop custom generative design applications for modular buildings. As VP at Z Modular he invented the Fuze Product Line for modular housing. Skyhook is now designing modular housing for Cabinovo and Metaloq. He is also the Chair of CSA Technical Committee for Modular Standards.

As Partner-in-charge, David's role is to join all the sessions and ensure the client is provided with all the latest information and resources. He drives the strategic vision of Skyhook and ensures every project aligns with the firm's commitment to innovation in modular construction.
